1. What is the difference between Neighbourhood and Personalized mail?

Neighbourhood Mail is unaddressed mail that is delivered to apartments, houses, businesses, and farms on a postal route. Personalized Mail is addressed mail that is delivered either to a customer supplied list or a list that we have sourced for you.

2. Is postage included?

Postage will be included in all of our applicable quotations unless otherwise noted.

3. What is the minimum quantity to qualify for the reduced rates?

Neighbourhood Mail minimum – 100 pieces or 1 entire mail route.

Personalized Mail Machineable – 100 pieces

Personalized Mail Special Handling – 1000 pieces

 

4. Do I need my own Canada Post account?

We can mail on your behalf through our Canada Post account. We can also send mail through an existing Canada Post account if you already have one.

 

5. What is your delivery turnaround?

Once we have all of the needed data and materials, we have a turnaround of 2-5 business days prior to induction to Canada Post. Please note that this is a general timeline and may vary depending on the size and complexity of your project.

 

6. What is the delivery turnaround from Canada Post?

Once inducted to Canada Post the average delivery time is 3-7 business days and up to 13 days for northern regions and more remote areas.

 

7. Do you supply paper and envelopes?

We can supply you with both paper as well as envelopes including special orders and requests.

8. Do you mail outside of Canada?

Yes! We mail worldwide. Please contact us if you have any U.S. or international mailing inquiries.

 

9. What type of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, EFTs, E-Transfers and cheques.
